6. List the 4 QC tests performed on a dose calibrator and required frequency of performance
7. Describe how each dose calibrator test is performed, state the legal specification, and describe the action required if there is a test failure

Make sure you submit all of the requested information when taking the test. It’s not necessary to send us the score sheets since we receive them electronically when you submit your answers for scoring.
